| Q1: What is the Spinner Trade-up program? |

- The Apache Controls trade-up program is a way in which a customer who has an existing spinner that is in working condition (any make or model) can upgrade their unit to the latest and greatest spinner, The Apache Blackhawk Push/Pull. This upgrade will allow for a $50 (US) cash-back to be applied to their purchase of a Blackhawk spinner.

| Q2. Who can participate in this program? |

- Anyone who has an existing spinner that is in working condition and has purchased their new Apache Blackhawk Push/Pull spinner directly from www.apachecontrols.com. This program is available both to domestic and international customers.

| Q3. How does the program work? |
|---|
- Customer purchases a new Apache Blackhawk Push/Pull Spinner (Primary Configuration) directly from www.apachecontrols.com. Make sure to indicate during the checkout process (or via email after checkout) that this is a Trade-Up purchase. Note the particular make/model of your existing spinner. Shipment of this new unit is no different than a regular order and will ship in 1-2 business days as all our products are in-stock.
- Customer ships existing spinner to Apache Controls (Make sure to insure and guarantee delivery with signature and tracking) Shipment must be received by Apache Controls within 15 days of original sale, otherwise no trade-up will be allowed. Send tracking data to support@apachecontrols.com when existing spinner is shipped for Trade-Up program. Send shipments to the following address:

- Apache Controls will verify working condition of the spinner (typically 3-5 business days) If the spinner is deemed to be in non-working condition, the customer has two options:
- Keep the Blackhawk spinner and forfeit the Trade-Up credit. Existing spinner will be returned at no-cost to the customer.
- Request a refund. Existing spinner will be returned to the customer, and the Blackhawk will be returned to Apache Controls. See Shipping & Returns for additional information on returns procedures.
- Once the existing spinner is validated to be in working condition, a cash-back will be granted via PAYPAL to the customer in the amount of $50.00 (US dollars)

| Q4. Can a customer use the trade-up program more than once? |

- Yes. There is, however, a limit of 2 per customer.

| Q5. How long is the program available? |
|---|
- At the moment, this program is being offered on a limited time basis as a thank you to our new customers.
