Shipping

Products which are purchased at Apache Controls Online are shipped to our customers using the latest packaging techniques to help ensure products arrive safely and in proper working order. In addition, shipping costs which are paid for by the customer only include the actual cost for the packaging material and final shipping costs, no hidden handling fees here!

** If anyone would like to use an alternative carrier, please let me know and I will arrange for special shipping. Currently we have UPS, but we can also ship via US Postal service and others if desired. Simply email us support@apachecontrols.com to work out the details, this goes for Domestic as well as International shipping **

International
Products being shipped to international destinations may require additional fees to export and import. If the amount calculated during checkout is not sufficient to cover these costs, customers will be required to Paypal this additional amount to complete the order. Note that Order fulfillment and shipping is done in accordance with U.S. laws and regulations.
Warranty
All Apache Controls products are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Please keep all original paperwork and packaging material in the event of a problem within this warranty period. Apache Controls will make every attempt to resolve a warranty issue and at the discretion of our company, will issue a replacement unit or full customer refund for the purchase price if required.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with any product from Apache Controls, we will be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price of your product. Items for return, must have been purchased within 90 days, and must have all original packaging and be in original working condition.
Returns
Please contact Apache Controls if you would like to return or exchange a product. All returns or exchanges require a proper Return Authorization (RA#) in order to be processed. Contact our team at support@apachecontrols.com
